Ask your own question.
A home is inspected for your protection.  It is inspected for possible safety hazards and
defects and a written report is issued to the client.  The report states in detail the safety
issues and defects that are discovered as well as recommended course of action.
It is strongly recommended that the client be present at the inspection.  I will walk
through the inspection with you and point out the issues found.  This is both a learning
tool and a decision making tool for the client.
While varying sizes and conditions can affect the time of the inspection, the average
inspection time for a two-bedroom house is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
There are a number of factors taken into the pricing of a home inspection.  Some of
them include square footage, and housing type.  Please call or e-mail for a free no
obligation quote.
In order to provide my clients with the highest level of service and make sure that
nothing is overlooked, I take a little extra time in preparing the report.  In some
circumstances rush report service may be available to accommodate time restraints.
